Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The room was not cleaned properly . I found crumpled sheets that looked like someone had already used them. When I requested fresh linens, the replacements were just as wrinkled, made for an uncomfortable night. It's disappointing for a 4-star hotel to have such poor attention to detail.

We were there for a fun weekend. Pool/hot tub was excellant. Really enjoyed it.

Have to pay a high price for lal extras. No continnental breakfast.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very very helpful. Its location within a close distance from Ottawa Convention Centre was magnificent and wonderful.

The kids loved the heated saltwater pool, and I appreciated having a 24/7 Starbucks in the hotel. Relaxing in the sun terrace was a nice way to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was some noise from nearby bars at night, but it didn’t ruin our fun! 😊

there was a musty smell caused by the A/C. The fan/AC is extremely noisy so I didn't sleep well, got woken up every time the AC started.

It was fairly clean inside. This accommodation was in the central location close to almost everything I need. The hotel rooms were recently renovated. Extras like a fridge, air conditioner, and an iron were appreciated.

Great location, friendly staff, but the pool accessibility was frustrating due to kids' teams.

It was in an excellent and perfect location short walk from a night club. The room was well-appointed and brand-new, besides it had an electric kettle and a refrigerator, just in case.

Location. Easy access to tourist attractions, market, and plenty of restaurants. The staff were all very polite, courteous, and very helpful when needed.

Our room was very humid, therefor we had a hard time keeping the room a comfortable temperature. Both adults in the room had trouble with their backs and hips after sleeping in your beds. First floor rooms are more suited to adults and/or short stay customers who have little luggage, as it was inconvenient to move with no elevator access and having to carry things up and down the stairs.

The clean and spacious king room was a good surprise. The location was perfect, right by the byward market, allowing me to explore the city easily.

The staff were terrific - every single one we met.

Clean, spacious room near Byward Market. Perfect for walking tours and pub crawls. Noise from nearby bars disturbed sleep.

It really felt like home and it was pretty cozy and fancy.

Prices should've been lower, especially for one night.

The bed was very uncomfortable and little support. The noise of the airconditioner was unacceptable and resulted in very little sleep.
